Kartell Museum
Museum based in the factory designed by Anna Castelli Ferrieri and Ignazio Gardella in the 1960s, located in Noviglio, just outside Milan.
Kartell Museo, founded in 1999 with the aim of preserving, promoting and enhancing the company's cultural heritage won the Guggenheim Impresa & Cultura Award as the best corporate museum in 2000.
Its ever-growing collections give an accurate picture of the evolving history of Kartell and its production.
The museum is housed in the factory designed by Anna Castelli Ferrieri and Ignazio Gardella in the 1960s, located in Noviglio - on the outskirts of Milan - and offers a permanent exhibition created with the layout by Ferruccio Laviani and curatorship by Elisa Storace.
The exhibition includes the most interesting materials related to the projects published from 1950 to the present day, such as autoaccessories, housewares, lamps, furniture and furnishings that have entered our daily lives and become iconic pieces of Italian design.
