Depart from Cremignane, south of Lake Iseo: here the Torbiere Sebino offers you a natural spectacle set among the reeds and wetland areas.

You can do bird watching and enjoy the tranquillity of this nature reserve. From here, leave for Provaglio and make a stop at the monastery of San Pietro in Lamosa: it dates back to 1080, wanted by the Order of Cluny!

Still today, it is one of the few buildings built by the Cluniacs with a recognisable Romanesque architectural style. The castle of Passirano, accommodated for centuries on the hill, dominates the plain with its crenellated towers: look beyond walls that surround to admire it the view.

Another ancient castle awaits you in Bornato, immersed in the vineyards of Franciacorta, where the famous bubble are exported all over the world. Consider stopping in one of the many wineries, but be careful not to overdo the toast!

If you do not succumb to the charm of DOCG sparkling wines, head towards Rodengo Saiano, where you can visit the Abbey of San Nicola, located right along the bicycle path. Present since 1090 as a Benedictine monastery, which in 1534 become Abbey; the three cloisters inside make it even more precious.
