Villa d'Adda Borromeo in Cassano d'Adda boasts 142 rooms and a 7 acres park. It was erected in the late XVIIth century and is located near the Visconti Castle.

Try to go across the waterstream and admire it from the opposite side in order to fully grasp its prominence.
Head upwards to Adda and prepare to the unique view of Crespi d'Adda, a late XIXth century village devised to host the families of a local mill's workers. It provided all possible services: from a hospital to a church, stores and even leisure activities. The workers' descendants still live here, while UNESCO has declared a World Heritage Site due to its historic importance.

The Brembo river is today's point of reference. It will take you to its confluence with the Adda towards north. Its neighboring countryside has colors and sights that are unique to each season. Look into the horizon: each pedal stroke you make will further show you the contour of the Bergamasque Alps.

See the Brembo river in Ponte San Pietro. The countryside makes room gradually to urban settlements. Afterwards, it is time to go to Bergamo, only a few kilometers away from there. This route will take you to its railway station.
