La Fagiana Oriented Nature Reserve occupies an area of about 500 hectares that is mainly located in the municipality of Magenta.

In this area there is a Wildlife Recovery Center run by LIPU, located among the forests of Farnie, Wild Cherry, Hornbeam and Alder trees, vegetation characteristic of the Po Valley that only in a few areas has remained so well preserved.

Near the Reserve there is also a small trail called the "Arboretum Trail," in which native tree species of the Ticino Park have been placed and can be observed.
This is a site of considerable natural, scientific and tourist interest, which in the last century was one of the most famous hunting reserves of the time, frequented by famous people.

At present, several trails wind through the area, allowing you to pass through interesting environments and still see traces of bumps and holes in the ground used by the hunters of the ancient Reserve to hide during their stalking. La Fagiana also constitutes an important wildlife center, the heart of conservation projects for, the Roe Deer, Pigo, Marbled Trout and Sturgeon.
