An area for practising fitness, calisthenics and slackline along the Valtellina trail
The recently built fitness park along the Valtellina trail is the ideal place for the outdoor practice of Calisthenics, a type of training that allows to build a muscular and agile body by stimulating strength and balance.
The fitness park is open for everyone, with no age limits. It gives anyone the chance to keep fit and practice sports outdoors and in the company of others. The area is equipped with a concrete platform and antitrauma flooring and is accessible to persons with disabilities. Fitness and Calisthenics equipment were chosen with the help of the athletes who practice those disciplines.
Ma non è tutto: a margine dell'area pavimentata è stato creato anche uno spazio per la pratica dello slackline con pavimentazione in sabbia.
