The Mushroom and Truffle Festival of Codogno aims to enhance this heritage of the Italian culinary tradition, proposing recipes that have as protagonists precisely them, raw materials among the most valuable of all, starting from appetizers and going all the way to side dishes, passing through first courses, second courses and risottos, but also as an enrichment of meats.

Ingredients that are difficult, both to find, to cook, and to combine and enhance. Ingredients that do not appear so frequently in our daily cooking also because of their cost, but that can add a unique, unmistakable and delicious flavor to recipes that include them.

There can actually be many combinations that enhance mushrooms and truffles, which precisely because of their infinite variety make direct knowledge and consequently preparations in the kitchen more difficult.

The Mushroom and Truffle Festival is also a joyous time of celebration to which groups of friends and families flock to spend a different evening together accompanied by live music present every evening, in a marquee of over 1.300 square meters, enraptured by the scents of autumn, among which in addition to mushrooms and truffles there will be other delicacies of our cuisine, in a context of relaxed fun during which to accompany the food with a good glass of wine, taking advantage of the musical, theatrical, cabaret, comic and cultural entertainment offered free of charge and suitable for the whole family.
