This area of the Po is unique because of the via Postumia (ancient Roman consular route), which makes this area full of artistic and natural discoveries.

In fact, riding along this route, you'll be able to enjoy the artistic treasures inside the churches and parishes. Nature does not disappoint either, especially with the "Bordi" which is a natural phenomenon that is particular to the area.

Starting in San Sigismondo in Cremona, passing in front of the hospital, you'll reach the cycling path of Via Postumia, which will lead you to Pieve San Giacomo.
On the right, you'll reach the small town of San Salvatore Vero a Sospiro.
From here, continue on the provincial road until Ca de Gatti and then Strada dell'Arginello until Stagno Lombardo, where you'll find the Polimeridiana on the embankment.

At the next stop sign turn right for Brancere, a small village of Gerre de' Caprioli, head up the embankment and continue going straight following the signs for Morbasco on the cycle path.
You'll reach the first houses of Cremona, and on take a right on via Flaminia, to get to San Sigismondo.
