Adrenaline and Rafting on the Ticino

Are you ready to get adrenaline flowing without risking?

If you think it may not be possible then it's obvious that you have never done rafting on the Ticino river.

You can be certain of not ending completely soaked when you are done. It is an accesible rafting route, just a few kilometers away from the frantic pace of Milan, that will give you the chance to understand if this sport is for you, hence its name "Slow Rafting".

You will be able to make unique tours along the Ticino river, to admire its breathtaking nature and over 2400 animal species that live there.

It starts at the Ludovico il Moro di Vigevano Hydroelectric Power Plant, built in a liberty style by architect Luigi Moretti in the early XXth century.

The Ticino is often called the Blue River, it is ideal to spend the day with the whole family, the trail's low difficulty is perfect to let children get their feet wet in this hobby and experience the thrill of a nature trip.

This incredible adventure on the Ticino has been made possible thanks to the efforts of the AqQua association, which arranges itineraries for just everybody. What are you waiting for? Grab your gear and get going!
