Il Ronchetto is located in the town of Cunardo, in a quiet but central position with respect to the main cities in the area, halfway between Varese and Lugano. The second and last floor of the Ronchetto has been restructuring by combining all the rooms into a large apartment: Atticus. The living area is open space with kitchen and living room overlooking the panorama of the town and the valley below. The sleeping area consists of two double rooms and a bathroom. From the living area there is also access to the mezzanine for a further living room or bedroom with a double bed, as needed. The kitchen is complete with accessories, dishes, dishes and appliances: induction hob, dishwasher, refrigerator and oven. The apartment is reserved for non-smokers and is equipped with wifi and hairdryer. Iron and ironing board, cot and kid chair are available upon request.
