At the end of the busy lakeside promenade of Villa Geno, monumental cedars welcome residents and tourists with their shade.

With its large foliage, incredibly sinuous branches and scenic location, the cedar of Villa Olmo is the most famous tree in Como.

Villa Olmo was acquired by the municipality of Como and turned into a venue for exhibitions and cultural events.
