Tadini Academy Gallery
Precious testimony of Neoclassicism in Italy on the shores of Lake Iseo houses a prestigious collection of ancient art
The Tadini Academy Gallery was founded by Count Luigi Tadini in order to exhibit his private art collections to the public, starting with the late XVIIIth Century.
This collection is hosted at the neoclassical building facing Lake Iseo.
Its chambers display paintings from the XVth to the XVIIth centuries, an important porcelain collection, bronze items and archaeological findings.
We would like to mention two important sculptures by Antonio Canova, Religione, made in terracotta, and Stele Tadini, sculpted in marble. This palace counts with a contemporary art section as well.
