Pizzoccheri, the dish symbolising Valtellina's cuisine, is the star of "Pizzocchero of Gold" and "Weekends of Taste", the most important food events in Teglio, considered the "capital" of this delicious dish
Teglio, renowned as the food capital of Valtellina and home of pizzoccheri, a traditional vegetarian dish made with buckwheat tagliatelle, is holding a series of gastronomic weekends staring pizzoccheri and other Valtellina delicacies revisited by local restaurants.
