Golosaria
Two hundred producers, 100 wine cellars and more than 80 events including cooking demos, wine tastings and talks in the Agorà. Mico Milano Congressi is again hosting Golosaria, three days of Italian flavours. The theme of this 13th festival is “Il buono che fa bene”, or ¬ good things that do you good.
Expect to find superfoods, organic wines, gluten-free deserts and many other current food trends. In the Cucine di Strada or street cuisine area you can taste specialities from all over Italy: risotto al mondeghilli, focaccia from Recco, sciatt from Valtellina, panelle and stigghiole. New this year is a partnership with FormaggItalia, which is staging an event within an event dedicated to Italy's best craft food.
