Cooking and Wine Experience at a winery
Cooking Class and tasting - 10 participants at least
A wonderful experience to know the Franciacorta land: the wine and the food of Franciacorta at the charming Tenuta Castello Bonomi.
We will start cooking the typical Franciacorta dishes: fresh tagliatelle with pestom, stuffed rolls with polenta and sbrisolona cake. And while we wait for what is prepared with passion is ready, we will make the guided tour in the cellar to discover the secrets of the production of Franciacorta wine.
At the end of the sight, we will have lunch with what was prepared during the cooking class, combining the food with a wine from the cellar.
Each participant has its own workstation and will receive an apron and a recipe book.
The cooking class take place at 10.30 am (duration: 2 hours). Following the visit to the cellar Castello Bonomi and lunch.

On request, we organize customized experiences for private and corporate groups.
- Know Before You Go: Reservations are required within 15 days from the chosen date. The course takes place with a minimum of 10 participants.
